Arde Yapı is a company founded in 1997 in İzmir, offering high-end imported kitchens, living space solutions, and architectural products for residential, condominium, and commercial projects. It is the official distributor of world-renowned brands such as Scavolini, Unox Casa, and USM. We have showrooms in İzmir, Istanbul, Yalıkavak, and Denizli where you can experience our brands.

At Arde Yapı, we work with globally recognized premium brands such as Scavolini, Unox Casa, USM Modular Furniture, Miele, Gaggenau, and Dornbracht. We provide integrated architectural solutions for kitchens, living spaces, modular furniture systems, and luxury fixture–appliance integrations.

What do your services include?

Our project services cover a comprehensive process—from detailed analysis of architectural and interior design needs, to modular system planning, technical measurements and site surveys, preparation of 3D layout proposals, selection of the most suitable brands and products, and identification of the correct appliances by our expert teams. We also oversee procurement and installation, and complete the process with after-sales support and spare-parts management.

Are Scavolini kitchens custom-made?

All Scavolini systems are custom-sized, produced entirely in Italy, and meet high-quality manufacturing standards. Depending on the project, special accessories, colors, and module options are offered.

Do you have a special working model for architecture studios?

Yes. We offer a comprehensive collaboration model that can be integrated into architectural design processes. We co-develop concepts, provide project-specific solutions, support the process with special pricing models, offer technical drawings and project development assistance, and supply samples and material kits to facilitate decision-making. Do you provide after-sales support?

Yes. At Arde Yapı, we manage warranty follow-ups for all brands after installation, coordinate technical service when needed, handle spare-parts procurement, and provide comprehensive usage guidance to ensure products are used correctly.

How are price quotations prepared?

Each project is priced individually based on measurements, module selection, and material details. Quotations are provided after the initial meeting and site survey.
